Johnson short travel lifters, which are very similar to the ST2126LSR model. These lifters come from a Nascar engine where they have been used for an average of 6-7 races, or about 1300-1500 miles, after which they are taken out of use.

These lifters are ideal for LS engines that are revved higher and/or produce more power but need to be cost-effective. They are particularly suitable for a junkyard build where not too many parts are replaced, and the goal is to produce a lot of horsepower per euro.
